Shipping

We currently ship across the United States. Orders are carefully packed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your gear from our door to yours.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Returns

Plans change. Fit happens. If something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• unworn and unused
• in their original condition
• returned with all original tags and packaging
• accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

How to Make a Return

To start a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll provide the next steps and return instructions.

Please make sure your return is securely packaged before sending it back to us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, our team will inspect the item and process your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The easiest option is to return your original item and place a new order for the style you want. This helps you secure your preferred gear while it’s still available.

The Kitsune Waterproof Winter Boot is built for kids who don't stop moving when the temperature drops. The upper combines a textured ballistic nylon shaft for durability with a smooth waterproof TPU rubber lower shell that keeps snow and slush out at the ground level where it matters most. Tonal webbing strap guides run across the front and thread a round bungee cord through a single barrel toggle — one pull cinches the whole boot, no lace-tying needed. A tall reflective pull tab with a grey reflective stripe runs up the full center back for visibility in low light, and a round silver reflective dot on the heel counter adds a second reflection point. The white EVA midsole stacks solid cushion underfoot, and the caramel gum rubber outsole is covered edge to edge with three-pronged Y-shaped star lug nubs for grip on packed snow and ice.
