Shipping

We currently ship across the United States. Orders are carefully packed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your gear from our door to yours.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Returns

Plans change. Fit happens. If something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• unworn and unused
• in their original condition
• returned with all original tags and packaging
• accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

How to Make a Return

To start a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll provide the next steps and return instructions.

Please make sure your return is securely packaged before sending it back to us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, our team will inspect the item and process your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The easiest option is to return your original item and place a new order for the style you want. This helps you secure your preferred gear while it’s still available.

The Kitsune Trail Runner is built for ground that doesn't stay predictable. The upper combines smooth matte TPU overlay panels with angular geometric groove detailing and breathable mesh side panels — structured where it needs to hold, open where it needs to breathe. The rubber toe cap with diagonal crosshatch texture takes the hits on technical descents, while the padded collar and heel loop keep the fit secure on the way up. The standout is the midsole: a chunky EVA foam block with multiple large oval cutout windows punched straight through it, cutting weight without sacrificing cushion. Underfoot, the three-zone outsole runs aggressive arrow-shaped center lugs for forward traction and large block perimeter lugs for lateral grip on loose terrain.
