Shipping

We currently ship across the United States. Orders are carefully packed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your gear from our door to yours.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Returns

Plans change. Fit happens. If something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• unworn and unused
• in their original condition
• returned with all original tags and packaging
• accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

To start a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll provide the next steps and return instructions.

Please make sure your return is securely packaged before sending it back to us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, our team will inspect the item and process your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

The Kitsune Trail Hiking Sandal is built for the overlap between trail and water — the kind of ground where open sandals lose grip and closed shoes overheat. The upper runs dark nubuck leather straps across a black neoprene underlayer, with a large arch cutout on each side for airflow and drainage without sacrificing structure. A black rubber bumper toe cap takes rock strikes and root catches, elastic reflective bungee cord lacing cinches across the instep with a single barrel toggle pull, and a small heel loop keeps the fit locked at the back. The sculpted EVA midsole absorbs trail impact, and the black rubber outsole underneath runs an organic topographic tread — curving maze-like channels and triangle-shaped lugs that grip on wet rock, packed dirt, and loose gravel without clogging.
