Shipping

We currently ship across the United States. Orders are carefully packed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your gear from our door to yours.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Returns

Plans change. Fit happens. If something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• unworn and unused
• in their original condition
• returned with all original tags and packaging
• accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

To start a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll provide the next steps and return instructions.

Please make sure your return is securely packaged before sending it back to us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, our team will inspect the item and process your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

The Kitsune Puffer Snow Boot sits exactly at the intersection of winter-ready and street-worthy. The upper splits into two distinct zones: a smooth neoprene lower section wraps the foot and toe box for weather resistance, while a heavily quilted puffer nylon shaft rises above the ankle for insulation and that signature inflated silhouette. Thick round paracord laces loop over the front with elastic keeper straps holding everything in place — functional, but styled to look intentional. The side zipper makes getting in and out easy, and the sherpa-lined collar keeps cold air from creeping in at the top. Underneath, a sculpted chunky EVA midsole with wave-pattern tread handles slick surfaces without sacrificing the sneaker feel.
