Shipping

We currently ship across the United States. Orders are carefully packed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your gear from our door to yours.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Returns

Plans change. Fit happens. If something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• unworn and unused
• in their original condition
• returned with all original tags and packaging
• accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

How to Make a Return

To start a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll provide the next steps and return instructions.

Please make sure your return is securely packaged before sending it back to us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, our team will inspect the item and process your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

The Kitsune Graphic Print Ski Mittens keep small hands warm and easy to spot on the slope. The waterproof nylon shell runs a full all-over illustrated graffiti print — each colorway gets its own scene: pine forest and clouds on the pink, bold mountain peaks on the black, mixed forest and birds on the blue. A black lateral zipper runs the full length of the mitten for easy on and off over ski jacket sleeves, and a small clip at the wrist keeps the pair together when they're not in use. The elastic gathered cuff seals out snow at the wrist, and the black softshell fleece cuff at the top adds a warm layer at the opening. The palm runs a fine crosshatch textured rubber grip with glossy mountain and tree shapes embossed on top — enough grip to hold a pole or push off the snow without bulk.
