Shipping

We currently ship across the United States. Orders are carefully packed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your gear from our door to yours.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Returns

Plans change. Fit happens. If something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• unworn and unused
• in their original condition
• returned with all original tags and packaging
• accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

How to Make a Return

To start a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll provide the next steps and return instructions.

Please make sure your return is securely packaged before sending it back to us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, our team will inspect the item and process your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The easiest option is to return your original item and place a new order for the style you want. This helps you secure your preferred gear while it’s still available.

Description

The Summit Dome 3 is a versatile three-person camping tent designed for weekend adventures, hiking trips, and family camping. Its freestanding dome construction offers an excellent balance of stability, interior comfort, and lightweight portability, making it suitable for a wide range of outdoor conditions.

Built around a durable fiberglass frame, the tent provides dependable structural strength while remaining flexible enough to withstand changing weather conditions. The self-supporting design allows for quick pitching on various terrains without requiring complex assembly.

The waterproof flysheet is manufactured from durable ripstop polyester with a 3000 mm waterproof rating, protecting the interior from rain and wind. A heavy-duty Oxford floor with a 5000 mm waterproof coating helps prevent ground moisture from entering the sleeping area, while sealed seams provide additional protection during wet weather.

Large mesh panels, a spacious front entrance, and dual roof ventilation openings encourage continuous airflow throughout the tent. This ventilation system helps reduce condensation while maintaining a comfortable interior climate during warm summer nights.

Despite its generous interior space, the Summit Dome 3 packs into a compact carrying bag, making transportation easy whether traveling by car or carrying camping equipment over longer distances.
