Shipping

We currently ship across the United States. Orders are carefully packed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your gear from our door to yours.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Returns

Plans change. Fit happens. If something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• unworn and unused
• in their original condition
• returned with all original tags and packaging
• accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

How to Make a Return

To start a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll provide the next steps and return instructions.

Please make sure your return is securely packaged before sending it back to us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, our team will inspect the item and process your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The easiest option is to return your original item and place a new order for the style you want. This helps you secure your preferred gear while it’s still available.

The Horizon Lodge 6 is a spacious tunnel-style camping tent designed for families and groups seeking comfort during extended outdoor adventures. Its generous living space, separate sleeping area, and large covered vestibule create a practical home away from home for weekend camping, road trips, and seasonal campsites.

The tunnel frame construction maximizes usable interior volume while maintaining excellent structural stability. Flexible fiberglass poles create nearly vertical sidewalls, allowing campers to stand comfortably inside the main living area while providing ample space for sleeping gear, camping furniture, and equipment.

Constructed from durable ripstop polyester with a 4000 mm waterproof rating, the flysheet provides dependable protection from rain and changing weather. The reinforced Oxford groundsheet features a 6000 mm waterproof coating, while fully sealed seams help keep the interior dry throughout extended camping trips.

Large mesh windows, dual entrances, and multiple roof ventilation points promote continuous airflow while reducing condensation inside the tent. The spacious front awning can be extended to create a shaded outdoor seating area, offering additional comfort for cooking, dining, or relaxing throughout the day.

Despite its generous size, the tent is engineered for straightforward assembly and packs into a durable carry bag for convenient transportation and storage.
