Shipping

We currently ship across the United States. Orders are carefully packed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your gear from our door to yours.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Returns

Plans change. Fit happens. If something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• unworn and unused
• in their original condition
• returned with all original tags and packaging
• accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

How to Make a Return

To start a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll provide the next steps and return instructions.

Please make sure your return is securely packaged before sending it back to us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, our team will inspect the item and process your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

The Glacier Apex 500 is a premium four-season mummy sleeping bag engineered for mountaineering, winter camping, alpine trekking, and cold-weather expeditions. Designed to maximize warmth while minimizing heat loss, it provides dependable insulation in demanding outdoor environments.

The anatomical mummy shape follows the natural contours of the body, improving thermal efficiency without sacrificing sleeping comfort. High-loft synthetic insulation traps warm air effectively while maintaining reliable performance even in damp conditions.

An adjustable insulated hood, ergonomic draft collar, and full-length zipper draft tube work together to eliminate cold spots, ensuring exceptional overnight warmth during freezing temperatures. The smooth two-way anti-snag zipper allows quick ventilation whenever conditions become warmer.

Constructed from lightweight ripstop polyester with a durable water-repellent finish, the shell resists moisture, abrasion, and everyday outdoor use. The soft thermal lining feels comfortable against the skin while helping retain body heat throughout the night.
