Shipping

We currently ship across the United States. Orders are carefully packed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your gear from our door to yours.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Returns

Plans change. Fit happens. If something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• unworn and unused
• in their original condition
• returned with all original tags and packaging
• accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

How to Make a Return

To start a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll provide the next steps and return instructions.

Please make sure your return is securely packaged before sending it back to us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, our team will inspect the item and process your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The easiest option is to return your original item and place a new order for the style you want. This helps you secure your preferred gear while it’s still available.

The Kitsune Platform Snow Boot takes the most recognizable silhouette in winter footwear and grounds it on a platform that actually means business. The upper splits into two zones: a heavily quilted puffer nylon shaft with stacked horizontal baffle channels for insulation, and a smooth matte rubber hard shell on the lower foot for waterproof protection where snow actually hits. Thick round cord laces thread through two D-ring metal loops for a clean, minimal closure. Underfoot, the thick platform midsole runs a coarse granular foam surface for grip on compressed snow, backed by a black rubber outsole with dual longitudinal center channels and rows of circular raised dot nubs for traction on ice and packed terrain.
