Shipping

We currently ship across the United States. Orders are carefully packed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your gear from our door to yours.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Returns

Plans change. Fit happens. If something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• unworn and unused
• in their original condition
• returned with all original tags and packaging
• accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

How to Make a Return

To start a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll provide the next steps and return instructions.

Please make sure your return is securely packaged before sending it back to us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, our team will inspect the item and process your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The easiest option is to return your original item and place a new order for the style you want. This helps you secure your preferred gear while it’s still available.

Its advanced air beam construction eliminates traditional poles, creating an exceptionally stable structure while allowing quick and effortless setup.

The large cabin-style layout comfortably accommodates up to eight people and provides generous standing height throughout the interior. Wide panoramic windows flood the living space with natural light, while integrated mesh panels ensure continuous airflow and help reduce condensation during warmer weather.

Constructed from durable 210T ripstop polyester with a 5000 mm waterproof rating, the tent delivers dependable protection against heavy rain, strong winds, and changing outdoor conditions. Fully taped seams and a bathtub-style waterproof groundsheet keep the interior dry and comfortable throughout your trip.

The spacious front entrance creates an inviting living area with easy access, making the tent ideal for family camping, beach camps, road trips, and multi-day outdoor stays. Reinforced TPU inflatable air tubes provide excellent structural strength while remaining lightweight and simple to inflate using the included high-volume pump.

When the adventure ends, the tent packs neatly into its heavy-duty carry bag for convenient transport and storage.
